Atelier Dachs respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Atelier Dachs is run by [YOUR NAME / COMPANY NAME], registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMBER], [ADDRESS]. For any privacy question, email us at [EMAIL].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Why we use it

We use this data only to tell you about the launch of Atelier Dachs, give you early access and your waitlist discount, and send occasional updates about our collections. We use the size to plan how many pieces to make in each size. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us.

Who receives it

We never sell your data. Waitlist sign-ups are stored on our own web server, hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER] in the European Union, and our emails are sent through our own mail server. Only we have access to your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as you are subscribed, and at the latest 12 months after the launch of our first drop if you have not become a customer by then. When you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date you unsubscribed, so we can make sure you never receive our emails again. Ask us and we will delete that too.

Cookies and tracking

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how many people join the waitlist. Google Analytics places cookies and is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have switched off advertising features and data sharing, and we never send your email address to Google. Analytics data is kept for [RETENTION, e.g. 2] months.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings. Besides that, the website only stores your cookie choice in your browser, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. Our emails do not contain tracking pixels.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Email [EMAIL] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
